I had to open up my laptop, take out the C: drive, then plug Worse, C: drive was on the top of boot order. Never interrupt the cloning process! I did, not knowing, and damaged my master boot record. You must also remember to change the boot order in the BIOS so the SATA wire drive will be selected first when it is plugged follow the prompts, and it will pour everything back onto your C: drive. To restore or refresh your PC, plug in the SATA wire, boot up. You just plug it into a usb port and follow the prompts to make a clone of your C: drive onto the SATA Wire drive. The only way I salvaged my laptop was, I had previously bought a cloning drive, SATA Wire, from with "Easy Gig IV" software. But there is a solution, the only one that works for my laptop:
